A new communal landscape to accompany a neighbouring development of 50 units in the New Forest National Park.
The communal landscape will blend naturally with the proposed development with connecting green routes and vistas through the site. Further pedestrian routes through the site will connect to the local school and recreation facilities.
The new landscape will provide a variety of functions and interests. A new community garden will allow residents to grow produce and take ownership of the new space. This will surround a landform amphitheatre for events and outdoor education for the neighbouring school.
Large areas of naturalistic planting and SUDS pond with integrated seating and play space will mirror the local environment and provide habitats for wildlife.
