Early concept proposals for a new landmark development.
The site located in Central Bournemouth will provide in excess of 100 units and will connect to the city with a network of cycle and pedestrian paths. The open landscape will be surrounded by multiple green walls, structural evergreen planting and established fastigiate trees, creating green communal areas for residents and the surrounding community. 3 green roofs on multiple levels will create further social and work spaces with views over the city.
