A new landmark Bournemouth Gateway Development for 100 new luxury apartments.

This high impact development will regenerate a derelict site alongside the A338 into Bournemouth, a major gateway into Bournemouth.

The landscape design include public and private spaces with a focus on sustainable planting design to improve biodiversity with new green walls and feature trees also creating a green street scene. The site will connect directly to Bournemouth with a new network of pedestrian and cycle paths.
